"Superhero" Dreamcatcher Afghan

I made this "Spiderman" afghan for a friend's 4-year old's birthday. Made with Red Heart Cherry Red SuperSaver Yarn, Caron PerfectMatch Royal Blue, and Red Heart SuperSaver Black. Thanks to Gail E. (a.k.a. Stitch 'n Frog) for the pattern.

    Dreamcatcher superhero afghan - after row 10 it says to go back and repeat rows 7-8-9?? How can that be? Maybe my directions are wrong?
